The Story
At BIXJAX, I am passionate about creating custom hand-painted denim that is tailored to your or your loved ones' interests. My journey began when I wanted to give a gift to my bridesmaids that was original and meaningful. From this idea, I decided to create a business that allows people to express their individuality through their clothing.
The Process
At BIXJAX, I believe that every piece of clothing should be made with the utmost care and attention to detail. That's why I work closely with my clients to understand their needs and preferences. After receiving a jacket from their closet or sourcing one based on their direction, we create a custom design that is tailored to their unique style. I then use the paint and patches to bring their vision to life.
The Founder
Long Beach local Kirra Bixby came up with the idea of Bix Jax when she decided to combine her painting skills with her love for thrift shopping and fashion. A little reminder that this is a side hustle for Kirra so give ample time for response, ideation and creation :)
